1. "ce que" is the same thing as "que"...however, we need to add the "ce" when we don't have a specific word for the "que" to refer to... In this sentence, "she gives me all that I need" ... We don't know what the "it" is... therefore, we use ce.
Here is another example:
Le livre que j'aime - The book that I like
VS
ce que j'aime est le livre- What I like is the book.
We don't know what I like yet.... we don't have a specific word before using "que"
2. il me faut- another way of saying "j'ai besoin"
- les nutriments dont il a besoin. --> pronom relatif! "dont"
-Je lui dois --> I owe her. The verb devoir is used for "to owe"
- ...rendre ce qu’elle me donne. --> here is another use of "ce que"...we don't have a specific word for the "que" to refer to.
-...pour la conserver ... --> the la referers to the water
-je n’utilise que ce dont j’ai besoin. -->ne...que (only) and ce dont!
